In a Full Premix Condensing Boiler System
The insulation pad is installed between the burner and the heat exchanger or other structural boiler components. It performs several important functions within the heating system:
Seals combustion gases to prevent leakage between the burner and heat exchanger
Provides thermal insulation against high operating temperatures
Reduces vibration and mechanical pressure on the heat exchanger structure
Protects nearby wiring, plastic parts, and sensitive components from heat exposure
Maintains stable contact pressure for reliable long term operation
Without a reliable insulation pad, heat damage, gas leakage, reduced efficiency, and boiler safety problems may occur.

3.1 High Temperature Resistance
Designed to withstand continuous temperatures up to 1000°C. Suitable for direct contact with premix burner surfaces. Stable performance — no shrinkage, no cracking, no melting under normal operating conditions.

Dense fiber structure provides a tight, airtight seal. Prevents combustion gas leakage at high-pressure and high-temperature joints. Maintains sealing integrity over thousands of thermal cycles (heating and cooling).
