The Thermal Insulation Pad is an important sealing and insulation component used in full premix condensing heating systems. It protects the stainless steel heat exchanger from excessive heat and mechanical stress while ensuring combustion gases remain properly contained. With effective thermal insulation and stable structural support, it enhances boiler reliability and operational efficiency.

3.1 High Temperature Resistance
Designed to withstand continuous temperatures up to 1000°C. Suitable for direct contact with premix burner surfaces. Stable performance — no shrinkage, no cracking, no melting under normal operating conditions.
3.2 Excellent Sealing Performance
Dense fiber structure provides a tight, airtight seal. Prevents combustion gas leakage at high-pressure and high-temperature joints. Maintains sealing integrity over thousands of thermal cycles (heating and cooling).
