Designed for modern full premix condensing heat exchanger systems, the Thermal Insulation Pad provides critical insulation and sealing support. It helps shield the heat exchanger from harsh combustion conditions, excessive heat, and structural stress while supporting stable and efficient boiler operation. The right insulation pad plays an important role in maintaining system reliability and reducing maintenance costs.

What Does a Thermal Insulation Pad Do?

In modern full premix condensing boiler systems, the insulation pad is a key protective component located between the burner and the heat exchanger. Its functions include sealing combustion gases, insulating surrounding structures from heat, and reducing operational vibration and pressure stress. The insulation pad also helps preserve stable alignment and contact between important boiler components.
If the insulation pad is not correctly installed or properly manufactured, combustion gas leakage, heat related damage, and reduced system efficiency may occur, affecting both boiler safety and product reliability.
